答(da) 《普通高(gao)等學校畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)工作暫(zan)行(xing)規定(ding)》規定(ding)，“經(jing)供需(xu)見面(mian)和雙(shuang)向選(xuan)(xuan)擇后，畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)、用(yong)(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)和高(gao)等學校應(ying)當簽(qian)訂(ding)畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)議(yi)(yi)書(shu)(shu)，作為制定(ding)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)計(ji)劃和派遣的(de)(de)依據”。在(zai)協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)議(yi)(yi)書(shu)(shu)中(zhong)(zhong)，簽(qian)約的(de)(de)主(zhu)體是(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)和畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)本人(ren)(ren)(ren)。畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)與用(yong)(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)通過雙(shuang)向選(xuan)(xuan)擇，確定(ding)錄用(yong)(yong)(yong)結果，簽(qian)訂(ding)《畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)議(yi)(yi)書(shu)(shu)》后，經(jing)政府畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)主(zhu)管(guan)部門審核(he)備案(an)(an)，由學校予(yu)以登記(ji)，列入就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)方案(an)(an)，辦(ban)理(li)《畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)報到(dao)證》的(de)(de)簽(qian)發及戶口遷移(yi)、檔案(an)(an)郵寄等手(shou)續。 凡我校畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)與用(yong)(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)簽(qian)約時(shi)，均應(ying)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)省教育廳印制的(de)(de)《畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)議(yi)(yi)書(shu)(shu)》（一(yi)式四份）。協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)議(yi)(yi)書(shu)(shu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)手(shou)一(yi)份，專人(ren)(ren)(ren)專號(hao)，復印無效。畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)考取專升(sheng)本、研究生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)和公(gong)務員，就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)議(yi)(yi)書(shu)(shu)須上交院(yuan)畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)指導中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)。畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)，可與多個(ge)(ge)用(yong)(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)洽談，但最終只能(neng)與一(yi)個(ge)(ge)用(yong)(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)簽(qian)訂(ding)協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)議(yi)(yi)，協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)議(yi)(yi)書(shu)(shu)一(yi)旦簽(qian)定(ding)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)效，協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)議(yi)(yi)三方必須履行(xing)協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)議(yi)(yi)所(suo)規定(ding)的(de)(de)義(yi)務，原(yuan)則上不得違約。對使用(yong)(yong)(yong)他人(ren)(ren)(ren)協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)議(yi)(yi)書(shu)(shu)、一(yi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)簽(qian)定(ding)2個(ge)(ge)以上協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)議(yi)(yi)、協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)議(yi)(yi)書(shu)(shu)遺失(shi)、涂改，不論何種原(yuan)因，一(yi)律按違約處(chu)理(li)。
