答(da) 《勞動(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)法》規定:勞動(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)期(qi)限三(san)(san)個(ge)(ge)月以上(shang)不(bu)滿(man)一年(nian)(nian)(nian)的(de),試用(yong)(yong)期(qi)不(bu)得(de)超(chao)(chao)過(guo)一個(ge)(ge)月;勞動(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)期(qi)限一年(nian)(nian)(nian)以上(shang)不(bu)滿(man)三(san)(san)年(nian)(nian)(nian)的(de),試用(yong)(yong)期(qi)不(bu)得(de)超(chao)(chao)過(guo)二個(ge)(ge)月;三(san)(san)年(nian)(nian)(nian)以上(shang)固定期(qi)限和無固定期(qi)限的(de)勞動(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong),試用(yong)(yong)期(qi)不(bu)得(de)超(chao)(chao)過(guo)六個(ge)(ge)月。 以完成一定工作任務為期(qi)限的(de)勞動(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)或者(zhe)勞動(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)期(qi)限不(bu)滿(man)三(san)(san)個(ge)(ge)月的(de),不(bu)得(de)約定試用(yong)(yong)期(qi)。
