《勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)法》規定:勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)期限三(san)個(ge)(ge)月(yue)以(yi)上不(bu)(bu)滿一年(nian)的(de)(de),試用(yong)(yong)期不(bu)(bu)得超過(guo)一個(ge)(ge)月(yue);勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)期限一年(nian)以(yi)上不(bu)(bu)滿三(san)年(nian)的(de)(de),試用(yong)(yong)期不(bu)(bu)得超過(guo)二個(ge)(ge)月(yue);三(san)年(nian)以(yi)上固定期限和(he)無固定期限的(de)(de)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong),試用(yong)(yong)期不(bu)(bu)得超過(guo)六個(ge)(ge)月(yue)。 以(yi)完成(cheng)一定工作(zuo)任務為期限的(de)(de)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)或(huo)者勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)期限不(bu)(bu)滿三(san)個(ge)(ge)月(yue)的(de)(de),不(bu)(bu)得約定試用(yong)(yong)期。
