合同中對勞動報酬約定不清怎么辦?

我(wo)是(shi)一名剛剛找(zhao)到工(gong)作的應屆生,現在(zai)正(zheng)在(zai)濟(ji)南工(gong)作,兩個月前公司(si)和我(wo)們簽的合同中(zhong)沒有明(ming)確的說明(ming)我(wo)們一個月多少(shao)錢,勞(lao)動合同中(zhong)對勞(lao)動報酬約定(ding)不清(qing)怎么(me)辦?

《勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)合(he)(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)法》第18條(tiao)規(gui)定:“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)合(he)(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)對(dui)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)報酬和勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)條(tiao)件等標準(zhun)約定不(bu)明確,引發爭(zheng)議的,用人(ren)單位(wei)與勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者可以(yi)重新協商;協商不(bu)成的,適用集體合(he)(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)規(gui)定;沒(mei)有集體合(he)(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)或者集體合(he)(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)未規(gui)定勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)報酬的,實行同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)工同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)酬;沒(mei)有集體合(he)(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)或者集體合(he)(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)未規(gui)定勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)條(tiao)件等標準(zhun)的,適用國家有關規(gui)定。”
