臨時工還需要簽訂勞動合同嗎?

答 《勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)法(fa)》第十條(tiao)“建(jian)立(li)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)關(guan)系,應當訂(ding)立(li)書面勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)。已(yi)建(jian)立(li)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)關(guan)系,未(wei)同(tong)(tong)時訂(ding)立(li)書面勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)的,應當自用工之日起一個月內訂(ding)立(li)書面勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)。用人單位與勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者在(zai)用工前訂(ding)立(li)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)的,勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)關(guan)系自用工之日起建(jian)立(li)。”《勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)法(fa)》第六(liu)十九條(tiao) “非全日制用工雙方當事(shi)人可以訂(ding)立(li)口頭協議。”所以,公司需要與你簽訂(ding)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)。
