答 1.《勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)法》第(di)24條(tiao)(tiao)規(gui)定(ding):“經勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)當事人(ren)協商一致,勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)可以(yi)解除。 2.《勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)法》第(di)31條(tiao)(tiao)規(gui)定(ding):“勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者解除勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong),應當提前三十(shi)日以(yi)書面形(xing)式(shi)通知用人(ren)單位(wei)。
