實習生沒有報酬合法嗎?

我現在在公司是一名實(shi)(shi)習生(sheng),想咨(zi)詢一下,實(shi)(shi)習生(sheng)沒有報酬合法嗎?

因為在(zai)校大學生(sheng)(sheng)還不(bu)能和企業(ye)簽訂勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong),所以實(shi)(shi)習(xi)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)權益不(bu)能得到(dao)《勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)法》的(de)(de)保護。目前,國家也(ye)沒有(you)(you)專門針對所有(you)(you)實(shi)(shi)習(xi)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)補貼(tie)(tie)政(zheng)(zheng)策。有(you)(you)些地(di)方(fang)政(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)為了鼓勵大學生(sheng)(sheng)就業(ye),對企業(ye)接(jie)收實(shi)(shi)習(xi)生(sheng)(sheng)會(hui)有(you)(you)一定的(de)(de)補貼(tie)(tie),但(dan)具(ju)體情況需要(yao)咨詢當地(di)政(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)。如(ru)果(guo)企業(ye)和實(shi)(shi)習(xi)生(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)最(zui)初有(you)(you)約定,企業(ye)是可(ke)以不(bu)支(zhi)付勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)報(bao)酬,不(bu)執行當地(di)最(zui)低(di)工資(zi)標(biao)準的(de)(de);實(shi)(shi)習(xi)生(sheng)(sheng)加(jia)班的(de)(de)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)報(bao)酬支(zhi)付方(fang)式也(ye)要(yao)按照企業(ye)與(yu)實(shi)(shi)習(xi)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)約定辦理。
