社保、勞動保護要寫進勞動合同嗎?

最近要跟公司簽合同(tong),想咨(zi)詢一下,社保(bao)、勞動保(bao)護要寫進勞動合同(tong)嗎(ma)?

根據《勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)法》第十七(qi)條(七(qi))可知勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)中必須包含社(she)保內容。第十七(qi)條 勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)應(ying)(ying)當具(ju)備以(yi)下條款(kuan):(一)用人(ren)單(dan)位的(de)名稱、住(zhu)所和(he)法定(ding)代表人(ren)或者主要負責人(ren);(二)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者的(de)姓名、住(zhu)址和(he)居(ju)民身份證或者其他有效身份證件號碼;(三)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)期(qi)限;(四)工作(zuo)(zuo)內容和(he)工作(zuo)(zuo)地點;(五)工作(zuo)(zuo)時間和(he)休息休假(jia);(六)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)報酬(chou);(七(qi))社(she)會(hui)保險;(八)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)保護(hu)(hu)、勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)條件和(he)職業危害防護(hu)(hu);(九)法律、法規(gui)規(gui)定(ding)應(ying)(ying)當納入勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)的(de)其他事項。
