臨時工還需要簽訂勞動合同?

我是以臨時工的(de)身份(fen)進入(ru)公司的(de),現(xian)在想咨詢一下(xia),請問臨時工就不需要簽訂勞動(dong)合同嗎?

《勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)法》第(di)十條“建(jian)(jian)(jian)立(li)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(xi),應當(dang)訂立(li)書(shu)面(mian)(mian)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)。已建(jian)(jian)(jian)立(li)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(xi),未同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)時(shi)訂立(li)書(shu)面(mian)(mian)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的,應當(dang)自用(yong)工(gong)之(zhi)日起(qi)一個月內訂立(li)書(shu)面(mian)(mian)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)。用(yong)人(ren)單位與勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者在用(yong)工(gong)前(qian)訂立(li)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的,勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(xi)自用(yong)工(gong)之(zhi)日起(qi)建(jian)(jian)(jian)立(li)。”《勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)法》第(di)六十九條 “非全日制用(yong)工(gong)雙(shuang)方當(dang)事人(ren)可以(yi)(yi)訂立(li)口頭協議。”所以(yi)(yi),公司需要與你(ni)簽訂勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)。
