單位只訂立試用期合同是否違法?

我(wo)是(shi)個(ge)職場新(xin)人,現在想咨詢一下,請問單(dan)位只訂立試用(yong)期(qi)合同是(shi)否(fou)違法?

勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)和用人單(dan)(dan)位(wei)建立勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(xi),就應當(dang)簽訂(ding)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同。試(shi)用期是(shi)(shi)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)和用人單(dan)(dan)位(wei)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(xi)的(de)一種表現形(xing)式(shi),所以也應當(dang)簽訂(ding)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同。有些用人單(dan)(dan)位(wei)利用勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)對勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同的(de)不了解,將試(shi)用期與勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同分隔開來,這種做法(fa)是(shi)(shi)錯誤(wu)的(de),是(shi)(shi)違(wei)背《勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)法(fa)》的(de)。
