什么時候才能簽無固定勞動合同?

在(zai)公司連續簽(qian)(qian)(qian)了4年了,1年1簽(qian)(qian)(qian)勞動合(he)同,請問(wen),什么時候(hou)才能簽(qian)(qian)(qian)無固定勞動合(he)同?

《勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)(he)(he)同(tong)法(fa)》第(di)十四(si)條(tiao)(tiao)規(gui)定(ding):“用人(ren)單位與(yu)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)協商一致,可(ke)以訂(ding)(ding)立無固定(ding)期(qi)限勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)(he)(he)同(tong)。有下列(lie)情形之一,勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)提出或(huo)者(zhe)同(tong)意續(xu)(xu)(xu)訂(ding)(ding)、訂(ding)(ding)立勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)(he)(he)同(tong)的,除(chu)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)提出訂(ding)(ding)立固定(ding)期(qi)限勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)(he)(he)同(tong)外(wai),應當訂(ding)(ding)立無固定(ding)期(qi)限勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)(he)(he)同(tong):……(三)連續(xu)(xu)(xu)訂(ding)(ding)立二(er)(er)次(ci)固定(ding)期(qi)限勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)(he)(he)同(tong),且勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)沒(mei)有本法(fa)第(di)三十九條(tiao)(tiao)和第(di)四(si)十條(tiao)(tiao)第(di)一項、第(di)二(er)(er)項規(gui)定(ding)的情形,續(xu)(xu)(xu)訂(ding)(ding)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)(he)(he)同(tong)的。”
