答 用(yong)(yong)人(ren)單位違(wei)反(fan)本法(fa)規定(ding)與(yu)勞動(dong)者(zhe)約定(ding)試(shi)用(yong)(yong)期(qi)(qi)的,由勞動(dong)行政部門責令改正;違(wei)法(fa)約定(ding)的試(shi)用(yong)(yong)期(qi)(qi)已(yi)經履(lv)行的,由用(yong)(yong)人(ren)單位以勞動(dong)者(zhe)試(shi)用(yong)(yong)期(qi)(qi)滿月工資(zi)為標準,按已(yi)經履(lv)行的超過(guo)法(fa)定(ding)試(shi)用(yong)(yong)期(qi)(qi)的期(qi)(qi)間(jian)向勞動(dong)者(zhe)支付賠(pei)償金。
