答(da) 《中華人(ren)民共和國勞動(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)法》第(di)十九(jiu)條規定,同(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)用(yong)人(ren)單位與同(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)勞動(dong)者只(zhi)能約定一(yi)次試用(yong)期。因此,用(yong)人(ren)單位在與員工(gong)續訂勞動(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)時,或調整(zheng)員工(gong)工(gong)作(zuo)崗位時,均不得與員工(gong)再次約定試用(yong)期。
