答(da) 《中華人民共(gong)和國勞動(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)法(fa)》第(di)十九(jiu)條規定,同(tong)(tong)一(yi)用(yong)人單(dan)(dan)位(wei)與同(tong)(tong)一(yi)勞動(dong)者只(zhi)能約定一(yi)次試(shi)(shi)用(yong)期(qi)。因此(ci),用(yong)人單(dan)(dan)位(wei)在與員工(gong)續訂勞動(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)時,或調整員工(gong)工(gong)作(zuo)崗位(wei)時,均不得與員工(gong)再次約定試(shi)(shi)用(yong)期(qi)。
