公(gong)司與員工約(yue)定(ding)(ding)試用期(qi)工資(zi)(zi)時,不得低于(yu)轉正之后工資(zi)(zi)水(shui)平 的80%.同(tong)時這(zhe)個數據也不得低于(yu)全(quan)公(gong)司員工最低工資(zi)(zi)。例子:公(gong)司最低崗位(wei) 是保潔:工資(zi)(zi)為800元(yuan)。你的工資(zi)(zi)是900,公(gong)司就在(zai)試用期(qi)約(yue)定(ding)(ding)時,雖然900的80%是720,便(bian)不能低于(yu)800來約(yue)定(ding)(ding)。
