問(wen) 我們是一(yi)家新(xin)創立(li)的公司,想咨詢一(yi)下,何時與(yu)勞動(dong)者簽訂勞動(dong)合同最合適?

《中華(hua)人民共(gong)和國勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)同法》第(di)八十二條規定:“用(yong)(yong)(yong)人單位自(zi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)之日起(qi)超過一(yi)個月不(bu)滿一(yi)年(nian)未與(yu)勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)訂(ding)立(li)書面(mian)(mian)勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)同的,應當向勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)每月支付二倍的工(gong)(gong)資(zi)……” 第(di)十四條還規定:“……用(yong)(yong)(yong)人單位自(zi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)之日起(qi)滿一(yi)年(nian)不(bu)與(yu)勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)訂(ding)立(li)書面(mian)(mian)勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)同的,視為用(yong)(yong)(yong)人單位與(yu)勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)已訂(ding)立(li)無固定期限勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)同。”
