規定勞動合同的最低年限是多長了么?

我(wo)們公司第一(yi)次(ci)跟我(wo)簽合(he)同(tong),簽了三個月,請問,規(gui)定勞動合(he)同(tong)的最(zui)低年限是(shi)多長了么?

《勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同法(fa)(fa)》沒有(you)規(gui)定(ding)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同的(de)(de)最低年(nian)限,但是該法(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)第(di)(di)十(shi)四(si)條規(gui)定(ding):“用人單位與勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)協(xie)商一(yi)致,可以(yi)訂(ding)(ding)立(li)(li)無(wu)固(gu)定(ding)期(qi)限勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同。有(you)下列情(qing)形(xing)之(zhi)一(yi),勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)提出或者(zhe)同意續(xu)訂(ding)(ding)、訂(ding)(ding)立(li)(li)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同的(de)(de),除勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)提出訂(ding)(ding)立(li)(li)固(gu)定(ding)期(qi)限勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同外,應(ying)當訂(ding)(ding)立(li)(li)無(wu)固(gu)定(ding)期(qi)限勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同:……(三)連續(xu)訂(ding)(ding)立(li)(li)二次固(gu)定(ding)期(qi)限勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同,且勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)沒有(you)本法(fa)(fa)第(di)(di)三十(shi)九條和第(di)(di)四(si)十(shi)條第(di)(di)一(yi)項、第(di)(di)二項規(gui)定(ding)的(de)(de)情(qing)形(xing),續(xu)訂(ding)(ding)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同的(de)(de)。”這樣一(yi)來,從2008年(nian)起計算(suan),員工與同一(yi)用人單位簽過兩次固(gu)定(ding)期(qi)限合(he)(he)同后,第(di)(di)三次就有(you)權要求簽訂(ding)(ding)無(wu)固(gu)定(ding)期(qi)限勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同。前(qian)兩次固(gu)定(ding)期(qi)限越短,第(di)(di)三次來得(de)就越早(zao)。
