答 《勞(lao)動合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)法》明(ming)確規定,建立(li)勞(lao)動關系(xi),應(ying)(ying)當(dang)訂立(li)書(shu)(shu)面勞(lao)動合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)。已建立(li)勞(lao)動關系(xi)、未同(tong)(tong)(tong)時訂立(li)書(shu)(shu)面勞(lao)動合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)的,應(ying)(ying)當(dang)自用工之日起(qi)一個月內訂立(li)書(shu)(shu)面勞(lao)動合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)。用人單位不依(yi)法簽(qian)訂書(shu)(shu)面合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)的,應(ying)(ying)當(dang)向勞(lao)動者每(mei)月支付(fu)兩(liang)倍工資。
