剛進公司只簽試用期合同合法嗎?

我昨天剛進公司(si)(si),公司(si)(si)的人力(li)只和我簽訂(ding)試用期合(he)同,請問剛進公司(si)(si)只簽試用期合(he)同合(he)法嗎?

勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者和用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)雙方同(tong)意建立勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)關系,用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)應(ying)當在(zai)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者開始工作之時就與(yu)其簽訂(ding)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)。對于新上(shang)崗的(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者,用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)與(yu)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者可以(yi)約定試(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)期(qi)也(ye)可以(yi)不約定試(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)期(qi)。如(ru)果用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)與(yu)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者約定試(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)期(qi),試(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)期(qi)應(ying)在(zai)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)中約定。勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)是勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者與(yu)用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)確(que)(que)立勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)關系,明確(que)(que)雙方的(de)(de)權利(li)和義(yi)務的(de)(de)協議,具有法律約束力。簽訂(ding)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)對用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)和勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者都很重要,如(ru)果發(fa)生,在(zai)申請(qing)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)爭議仲裁時,有利(li)于維(wei)護(hu)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者和用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)雙方的(de)(de)合法權益。
