我剛剛進入職場是個新人(ren),現在想(xiang)咨詢一下,請問什(shen)么情況下單(dan)位(wei)要與勞動(dong)者簽訂無固定(ding)期限勞動(dong)合(he)同?

首先(xian)勞(lao)動者在(zai)該(gai)用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單位(wei)(wei)連續工作滿十年的(de)(de)(de),用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單位(wei)(wei)初次(ci)實行勞(lao)動合(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)制度或國有企業改制重新訂立(li)(li)(li)勞(lao)動合(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)時,勞(lao)動者在(zai)該(gai)用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單位(wei)(wei)連續工作滿十年且距法定(ding)退(tui)休年齡不足十年的(de)(de)(de)。其次(ci)連續訂立(li)(li)(li)二次(ci)固(gu)定(ding)期限(xian)勞(lao)動合(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)。最后用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單位(wei)(wei)自用(yong)(yong)工之(zhi)日起滿一年不與勞(lao)動者訂立(li)(li)(li)書面(mian)勞(lao)動合(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de),視為用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單位(wei)(wei)與勞(lao)動者已訂立(li)(li)(li)無固(gu)定(ding)期限(xian)勞(lao)動合(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)。
