出現哪些情況勞動合同可以終止?

問(wen) 我(wo)是一名會(hui)計師,現在正(zheng)在濟(ji)南求職,想知道哪(na)些(xie)情(qing)況(kuang)可以引起勞動(dong)合(he)同(tong)終止?

(1)作為(wei)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)一方(fang)當事人(ren)(ren)的(de)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者死亡(wang),致(zhi)使無法繼續履(lv)行(xing)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)規定的(de)義務(wu),勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)終(zhong)止; (2)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)在履(lv)行(xing)過(guo)程(cheng)中,企(qi)(qi)業(ye)被撤銷,職(zhi)工由勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)主管(guan)部門另作分(fen)配(pei),企(qi)(qi)業(ye)與職(zhi)工原來訂立的(de)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)終(zhong)止; (3)在勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)履(lv)行(xing)過(guo)程(cheng)中,企(qi)(qi)業(ye)依據(ju)《破(po)產法(試行(xing))》的(de)有關規定,宣告破(po)產。企(qi)(qi)業(ye)宣告破(po)產,表(biao)明(ming)此時(shi)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)已無法按照勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)履(lv)行(xing)其權利和(he)義務(wu),只能終(zhong)止勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong); (4)用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單位(wei)在招工時(shi)違反法律、法規,徇私舞弊(bi),非(fei)法招收職(zhi)工,一經發現,必(bi)須(xu)進行(xing)清(qing)退(tui),隨之單位(wei)與職(zhi)工訂立的(de)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)即(ji)行(xing)終(zhong)止。
