最近勞動合(he)同(tong)(tong)進行變更(geng),求職者(zhe)不同(tong)(tong)意,未能就變更(geng)勞動合(he)同(tong)(tong)內容達成(cheng)協議的怎么(me)辦?

《勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)法》第(di)四(si)十(shi)(shi)條規定,勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)訂立時所依(yi)據的客觀(guan)情況(kuang)發生重大(da)變化(hua),致使勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)無法履行,經用(yong)人單位(wei)與勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)協商,未能就變更勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)內容達成協議的,用(yong)人單位(wei)提前三十(shi)(shi)日(ri)以(yi)書面(mian)形(xing)式通知(zhi)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)本人或者(zhe)額外支付(fu)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)一個(ge)月工資后,可以(yi)解(jie)除勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)。
