最近勞動合同(tong)進行變更(geng),求職者不同(tong)意(yi),未能就變更(geng)勞動合同(tong)內容(rong)達成協議的怎么辦?

《勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同法》第四十條規(gui)定,勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同訂立時所依據(ju)的客觀情況(kuang)發生重大(da)變化,致(zhi)使勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同無法履(lv)行,經用人單位與勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)協(xie)商,未(wei)能就(jiu)變更勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同內容達成協(xie)議(yi)的,用人單位提前(qian)三十日(ri)以書(shu)面形式通(tong)知勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)本(ben)人或者(zhe)額外支(zhi)付勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)一個月(yue)工資后,可以解除(chu)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同。
