試用期用人單位在什么情況下可以辭退勞動者呢?

我剛剛進入職場是(shi)個新人,現(xian)在(zai)想(xiang)咨詢(xun)一下,請問用人單位在(zai)什么情況下可以辭退勞動者呢?

首先勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)在(zai)試(shi)用(yong)期(qi)間被(bei)證明(ming)不(bu)符合(he)錄用(yong)條件(jian)的(de)(de)(de),勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)嚴(yan)重(zhong)違反用(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)規章制度的(de)(de)(de)。其次勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)不(bu)能勝(sheng)任工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),經過培訓或(huo)者(zhe)(zhe)調整工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)崗位(wei),仍不(bu)能勝(sheng)任工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)。除上(shang)述(shu)情形外,用(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)不(bu)得在(zai)試(shi)用(yong)期(qi)內解除勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同。勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)同時與其他用(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)建立勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系,對完成本單(dan)位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)任務(wu)造成嚴(yan)重(zhong)影響,或(huo)者(zhe)(zhe)經用(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)提出,拒不(bu)改正的(de)(de)(de)。最后勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)嚴(yan)重(zhong)失職(zhi),營私舞弊,給用(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)造成重(zhong)大損(sun)害(hai)的(de)(de)(de),勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)被(bei)依法追究刑事責任的(de)(de)(de),勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)以欺詐、脅迫的(de)(de)(de)手段或(huo)者(zhe)(zhe)乘(cheng)人之危(wei),使用(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)在(zai)違背真實意思的(de)(de)(de)情況下(xia)訂立勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同的(de)(de)(de)。
