試用期工資標準能否低于最低工資標準呢?

我剛(gang)剛(gang)進入職場是個新人,現在(zai)想咨詢一(yi)下,請問試用期(qi)工資標(biao)準(zhun)能否(fou)低于最低工資標(biao)準(zhun)呢?

勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)法(fa)中規(gui)定:“國(guo)(guo)家實行(xing)最低工(gong)(gong)資保障(zhang)制度。用人(ren)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)支(zhi)(zhi)付勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者的工(gong)(gong)資不(bu)得低于當地(di)最低工(gong)(gong)資標準。”勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)和(he)社會保障(zhang)部在(zai)(zai)《關(guan)于貫徹(che)執(zhi)行(xing)〈中華人(ren)民共和(he)國(guo)(guo)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)法(fa)〉若干問(wen)題的意(yi)見(jian)》中規(gui)定:“勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者與用人(ren)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)形(xing)成(cheng)或建立勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)關(guan)系后,試用、熟練(lian)、見(jian)習期間,在(zai)(zai)法(fa)定工(gong)(gong)作時間內(nei)提供(gong)了正常(chang)工(gong)(gong)作,所(suo)在(zai)(zai)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)應當支(zhi)(zhi)付其不(bu)低于最低工(gong)(gong)資標準的工(gong)(gong)資。
