試用期工資標準能否低于最低工資標準呢?

問(wen) 我剛剛進入職場是個新(xin)人(ren),現在想咨(zi)詢一(yi)下,請問試用期工(gong)資(zi)標準(zhun)能(neng)否低于最低工(gong)資(zi)標準(zhun)呢?

勞(lao)動(dong)法(fa)(fa)中規定(ding):“國家(jia)實行(xing)最低(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)保障(zhang)制度。用(yong)(yong)人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)支付勞(lao)動(dong)者的工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)不(bu)得低(di)于(yu)當地最低(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)標(biao)準(zhun)。”勞(lao)動(dong)和社(she)會保障(zhang)部(bu)在《關于(yu)貫徹執行(xing)〈中華人(ren)民共和國勞(lao)動(dong)法(fa)(fa)〉若干問題(ti)的意見(jian)》中規定(ding):“勞(lao)動(dong)者與(yu)用(yong)(yong)人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)形成或建立勞(lao)動(dong)關系后,試用(yong)(yong)、熟(shu)練、見(jian)習期間,在法(fa)(fa)定(ding)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時間內提供了(le)正常工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),所在單(dan)位(wei)應當支付其不(bu)低(di)于(yu)最低(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)標(biao)準(zhun)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)。
