如果(guo)出現下列(lie)情形之(zhi)一(yi)的,員工可(ke)以隨時(shi)解除勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同: ① 在試(shi)用(yong)(yong)期(qi)內應提前(qian)三日(ri)通知(zhi)單位(wei); ② 用(yong)(yong)人單位(wei)以暴力、威脅或者限(xian)制人身自由的手段強(qiang)迫勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)的; ③ 未按勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同約(yue)定支付勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)報酬或保障(zhang)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)條件(jian)的; ④ 用(yong)(yong)人單位(wei)違章指揮、強(qiang)令冒(mao)險作業危及勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者人身安全的。
