答(da) 依(yi)據《工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)傷(shang)(shang)(shang)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)險條例(li)》的規定,我國境內的企業(ye)及有雇工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的個體工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)商戶都(dou)應當(dang)參(can)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)傷(shang)(shang)(shang)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)險,為(wei)本單位全部職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)和雇工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)繳納工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)傷(shang)(shang)(shang)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)險費。用人單位依(yi)法應當(dang)參(can)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)傷(shang)(shang)(shang)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)險而未(wei)參(can)加(jia)的,由勞動保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)障行政部門(men)責令(ling)改正;未(wei)參(can)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)傷(shang)(shang)(shang)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)險期間用人單位職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)發(fa)生(sheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)傷(shang)(shang)(shang)的,由該用人單位支付工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)傷(shang)(shang)(shang)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)險待遇的各(ge)項費用。
