用人單位長時間不與職工簽合同需要承擔什么責任呢?

《勞動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)法(fa)》規定(ding)已(yi)建立勞動(dong)(dong)關系,未及時訂(ding)(ding)立書面勞動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)的,應當自(zi)用工之日(ri)起(qi)一個月內訂(ding)(ding)立書面合(he)(he)同(tong),并規定(ding)用人(ren)單位自(zi)用工之日(ri)起(qi)超過一個月不(bu)(bu)滿一年(nian)未與勞動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)訂(ding)(ding)立書面勞動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)的,應當向勞動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)每月支付二倍的工資。所以,如果不(bu)(bu)與員工簽訂(ding)(ding)勞動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)會對(dui)企業造成(cheng)不(bu)(bu)必要的經濟損(sun)失。
