根據勞動(dong)法的規定,勞動(dong)者(zhe)在醫(yi)療(liao)期(qi)(qi)、孕期(qi)(qi)、產(chan)期(qi)(qi)和(he)哺(bu)乳期(qi)(qi)內,勞動(dong)合同(tong)(tong)期(qi)(qi)限(xian)屆滿(man)時,用人(ren)單位(wei)不能終(zhong)止勞動(dong)合同(tong)(tong),勞動(dong)合同(tong)(tong)的期(qi)(qi)限(xian)應自動(dong)順延(yan)至醫(yi)療(liao)期(qi)(qi)、孕期(qi)(qi)、產(chan)期(qi)(qi)、哺(bu)乳期(qi)(qi)期(qi)(qi)滿(man)為止。
