答 （1）就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)協(xie)議是(shi)明確畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生、用人(ren)單位(wei)和學(xue)(xue)校在(zai)(zai)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)工作中(zhong)權(quan)利和義(yi)務的(de)(de)書(shu)面表(biao)現(xian)形(xing)式(shi)。（2）就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)協(xie)議與(yu)(yu)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同的(de)(de)區(qu)別。就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)協(xie)議是(shi)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生在(zai)(zai)校時(shi)，由學(xue)(xue)校參與(yu)(yu)鑒(jian)證(zheng)，與(yu)(yu)用人(ren)單位(wei)協(xie)商簽訂(ding)的(de)(de)，是(shi)編制畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)計劃、發放(fang)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)報到證(zheng)的(de)(de)依據。勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同是(shi)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生與(yu)(yu)用人(ren)單位(wei)明確勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)關(guan)系中(zhong)權(quan)利義(yi)務關(guan)系的(de)(de)協(xie)議。一(yi)般來說是(shi)協(xie)議簽訂(ding)在(zai)(zai)前，勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同訂(ding)立在(zai)(zai)后。
