請問職工在什么情況下可以認定為工傷?

我(wo)是(shi)個職場(chang)新人(ren),想咨詢(xun)一下大家,請問(wen)職工(gong)在什么情(qing)況下可以認定為(wei)工(gong)傷?

(一)在(zai)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時間和工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)場所(suo)內,因工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)原因受(shou)(shou)到(dao)事(shi)故傷害(hai)的; (二)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時間前后(hou)在(zai)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)場所(suo)內,從事(shi)與工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)有關(guan)的預備性或者(zhe)(zhe)收尾性工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)受(shou)(shou)到(dao)事(shi)故傷害(hai)的; (三)在(zai)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時間和工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)場所(suo)內,因履行工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)職(zhi)(zhi)責受(shou)(shou)到(dao)暴力(li)等意(yi)外(wai)傷害(hai)的; (四)患(huan)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)病的; (五)因工(gong)(gong)外(wai)出(chu)期(qi)間,由于(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)原因受(shou)(shou)到(dao)傷害(hai)或者(zhe)(zhe)發生(sheng)事(shi)故下(xia)落不明的; (六)在(zai)上下(xia)班途中(zhong),受(shou)(shou)到(dao)機(ji)動車事(shi)故傷害(hai)的; (七)法律、行政法規(gui)規(gui)定應當認定為工(gong)(gong)傷的其他情(qing)形。
