試用期不給工資是合理的嗎?

我是應屆畢業生,找(zhao)了一家(jia)實習(xi)單位(wei),單位(wei)說試用期不給工資(zi),我想問一下(xia),這樣合(he)理嗎(ma)?

部分用人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)為了降低(di)人(ren)力(li)成本,給畢(bi)業(ye)生支付低(di)工(gong)資(zi)甚至不(bu)支付工(gong)資(zi)。按(an)照(zhao)勞動(dong)合同(tong)(tong)法(fa)規定,勞動(dong)者(zhe)在試用期的(de)工(gong)資(zi)不(bu)得低(di)于(yu)本單(dan)位(wei)相同(tong)(tong)崗(gang)位(wei)最低(di)檔工(gong)資(zi)或者(zhe)勞動(dong)合同(tong)(tong)約定工(gong)資(zi)的(de)百(bai)分之八十(shi),并不(bu)得低(di)于(yu)用人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)所在地的(de)最低(di)工(gong)資(zi)標準。
