試用期不給工資是合理的嗎?

我是(shi)應屆畢業生,找了一家實習單(dan)位,單(dan)位說試用期不給工資,我想問(wen)一下,這樣合理嗎?

部分用人單位(wei)(wei)為(wei)了降低(di)人力成本,給畢業生(sheng)支(zhi)付低(di)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)甚(shen)至不支(zhi)付工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)。按照勞(lao)動合同法規定,勞(lao)動者在試(shi)用期的工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)不得(de)(de)低(di)于本單位(wei)(wei)相同崗位(wei)(wei)最低(di)檔工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)或(huo)者勞(lao)動合同約(yue)定工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)的百(bai)分之八十,并不得(de)(de)低(di)于用人單位(wei)(wei)所在地(di)的最低(di)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)標準。
