根據(ju)《勞動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)法》第十九條規(gui)定:勞動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)期(qi)(qi)(qi)限(xian)三個月(yue)以上不(bu)(bu)滿一(yi)年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de),試(shi)(shi)用(yong)期(qi)(qi)(qi)不(bu)(bu)得超(chao)過一(yi)個月(yue);勞動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)期(qi)(qi)(qi)限(xian)一(yi)年(nian)(nian)以上三年(nian)(nian)以下的(de)(de),試(shi)(shi)用(yong)期(qi)(qi)(qi)不(bu)(bu)得超(chao)過二個月(yue);三年(nian)(nian)以上固定期(qi)(qi)(qi)限(xian)和無(wu)固定期(qi)(qi)(qi)限(xian)的(de)(de)勞動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)試(shi)(shi)用(yong)期(qi)(qi)(qi)不(bu)(bu)得超(chao)過六個月(yue)。據(ju)此可以看出,試(shi)(shi)用(yong)期(qi)(qi)(qi)時間沒(mei)有最短的(de)(de)規(gui)定,只有最長的(de)(de)規(gui)定,試(shi)(shi)用(yong)期(qi)(qi)(qi)時間最長是六個月(yue)。
