根(gen)據(ju)《勞動(dong)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)法(fa)》第十九條(tiao)的(de)規定,試(shi)用(yong)期(qi)的(de)上(shang)限(xian)根(gen)據(ju)勞動(dong)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)期(qi)限(xian)設(she)定:勞動(dong)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)期(qi)限(xian)3個(ge)月以(yi)上(shang)不(bu)(bu)滿3年(nian)的(de),試(shi)用(yong)期(qi)不(bu)(bu)得(de)超(chao)過1個(ge)月;勞動(dong)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)期(qi)限(xian)1年(nian)以(yi)上(shang)不(bu)(bu)滿3年(nian)的(de),試(shi)用(yong)期(qi)不(bu)(bu)得(de)超(chao)過2個(ge)月;3年(nian)以(yi)上(shang)固定期(qi)限(xian)和(he)無固定期(qi)限(xian)的(de)勞動(dong)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong),試(shi)用(yong)期(qi)不(bu)(bu)得(de)超(chao)過6個(ge)月。
