試用期期間可以口頭約定試用期期限嗎?

用(yong)人單位口頭與(yu)我們約定(ding)三個月試用(yong)期,但不簽訂勞動合(he)同。試用(yong)合(he)格,就簽訂正(zheng)式(shi)勞動合(he)同,如(ru)果用(yong)不符合(he)錄用(yong)條(tiao)件,就解(jie)除勞動關系。可以這樣嗎?
