跟(gen)據《勞(lao)(lao)動合同(tong)(tong)法》第37條(tiao)之規定(ding),勞(lao)(lao)動者(zhe)提前(qian)三十(shi)天(tian)以(yi)書(shu)面(mian)形式(shi)通知用人單(dan)位,可以(yi)解(jie)除勞(lao)(lao)動合同(tong)(tong)。勞(lao)(lao)動者(zhe)在試用期內提前(qian)三日(ri)通知用人單(dan)位,可以(yi)解(jie)除勞(lao)(lao)動合同(tong)(tong)。不要求(qiu)支付違約金的。
