哪些情形下企業解除合同需支付經濟補償?

我是一名電工,在濟南一家私企工作,想了(le)解一下:哪些(xie)情形(xing)下企業解除合(he)同(tong)需支付經(jing)濟補償?

(1)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)患(huan)病或(huo)者(zhe)非因工(gong)(gong)(gong)負(fu)傷(shang),在規定的醫療(liao)期滿后不(bu)能從事原(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),也不(bu)能從事由用(yong)人單位(wei)另行安排的工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的; (2)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)不(bu)能勝(sheng)任工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),經過培訓或(huo)者(zhe)調整工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)崗位(wei),仍不(bu)能勝(sheng)任工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的; (3)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)訂立時所依據的客觀情況發生重大變(bian)(bian)化,致使勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)無法履行,經用(yong)人單位(wei)與勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)協(xie)商,未能就變(bian)(bian)更勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)內容達成協(xie)議的。
