企業應當對派遣員工履行什么義務?

問(wen) 我(wo)是青島一家企(qi)業的技(ji)術主管,據說(shuo)公(gong)司(si)要派遣技(ji)術人員(yuan)(yuan)去濟南(nan),單位應(ying)當對(dui)派遣員(yuan)(yuan)工履行什么義務?

根(gen)據《勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同法》第62條(tiao)規定:用工(gong)(gong)單位(wei)應當(dang)履行下列(lie)義務: (1)執行國家勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)標準,提供相(xiang)應的(de)(de)(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)條(tiao)件和勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)保護; (2)告知被派(pai)遣(qian)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作要求(qiu)和勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)報(bao)酬; (3)支付(fu)加班費、績效(xiao)獎金(jin),提供與工(gong)(gong)作崗(gang)(gang)位(wei)相(xiang)關(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)福(fu)利待遇; (4)對在崗(gang)(gang)被派(pai)遣(qian)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)進行工(gong)(gong)作崗(gang)(gang)位(wei)所(suo)必(bi)需的(de)(de)(de)(de)培訓; (5)連續(xu)用工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)(de),實行正常的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)資調整機制。 (6)用工(gong)(gong)單位(wei)不(bu)得將(jiang)被派(pai)遣(qian)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)再派(pai)遣(qian)到(dao)其(qi)他用人單位(wei)。
