企業有權強行留用員工嗎?

問 我在現在的企業(ye)工(gong)作(zuo)兩年(nian)了,越來越不喜歡這份工(gong)作(zuo),想辭(ci)職,但是,公司現在正(zheng)缺人,我能順利辭(ci)職嗎?企業(ye)有權強行留用員工(gong)嗎?
答 《勞動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)法》第37條規定(ding):勞動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)提前(qian)(qian)30日以書面形式通(tong)知用(yong)人單(dan)位,可(ke)以解(jie)除(chu)(chu)勞動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)。勞動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)根據(ju)自身情況或者(zhe)個人發(fa)展需要,需要解(jie)除(chu)(chu)勞動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)的,只要提前(qian)(qian)30日以書面形式通(tong)知用(yong)人單(dan)位,即可(ke)以解(jie)除(chu)(chu)勞動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)。企(qi)業(ye)沒有強留的權利。
