勞動合同期滿后未續簽用人單位應支付雙倍工資嗎?

我(wo)的勞動合同期上(shang)周已(yi)滿,現在(zai)單位還沒(mei)有與我(wo)續簽,請問是(shi)不是(shi)該支付(fu)給我(wo)雙倍(bei)工資呢(ni)?

“用(yong)人單位(wei)自用(yong)工(gong)之日(ri)起超過一個(ge)月(yue)不滿一年(nian)未與(yu)勞動(dong)(dong)者訂(ding)(ding)立(li)書面勞動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)的”的條件,適(shi)用(yong)“雙倍(bei)罰則”。所(suo)以,勞動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)到期后,勞動(dong)(dong)者若繼續在用(yong)人單位(wei)工(gong)作,用(yong)人單位(wei)超過一個(ge)月(yue)未滿一年(nian)未與(yu)勞動(dong)(dong)者簽訂(ding)(ding)勞動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)的,應向勞動(dong)(dong)者每月(yue)支付(fu)雙倍(bei)工(gong)資(zi)。
