答 根據我的了解,對(dui)因(yin)勞(lao)動(dong)者患病、非(fei)工(gong)(gong)負傷或不能勝任工(gong)(gong)作而解除勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)的,用(yong)人單位應(ying)按其在本單位工(gong)(gong)作年限,每(mei)滿一(yi)(yi)年發給相當(dang)于(yu)一(yi)(yi)個月工(gong)(gong)資的經濟補(bu)償(chang)金,同(tong)時還應(ying)發給不低于(yu)六個月工(gong)(gong)資的醫療(liao)補(bu)助(zhu)費。
