試用期內辭職,被公司索要培訓費,這樣合理嗎?

答(da) 這是不合理(li)的(de)。只有(you)在(zai)試用(yong)(yong)期滿(man),勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同期內,勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)要求解除勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)關系時,用(yong)(yong)人單位(wei)(wei)方可要求勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)支付培(pei)訓費(fei)用(yong)(yong)。否(fou)則,無(wu)權向(xiang)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)追索(suo)培(pei)訓費(fei)。所以,即使是用(yong)(yong)人單位(wei)(wei)在(zai)試用(yong)(yong)期內提供培(pei)訓的(de),試用(yong)(yong)期內辭職(zhi),勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)依舊不要支付培(pei)訓費(fei)用(yong)(yong)。用(yong)(yong)人單位(wei)(wei)也不能因此像勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)索(suo)要賠償。
