職場中如何與人坦誠相待?

初(chu)入職(zhi)場感覺職(zhi)場并不是像我想象(xiang)的那么簡單(dan),人(ren)(ren)和人(ren)(ren)之間(jian)少了坦(tan)(tan)(tan)誠(cheng)相(xiang)待,難道(dao)職(zhi)場中就不能坦(tan)(tan)(tan)誠(cheng)相(xiang)待嗎?該如(ru)何坦(tan)(tan)(tan)誠(cheng)相(xiang)待呢?

職場中如果要想獲得成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)功(gong),就應該承認不(bu)(bu)(bu)足(zu)并將缺點(dian)轉化成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)優點(dian)。做事先做人,把(ba)自(zi)己培養成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)一個道德高尚的人,不(bu)(bu)(bu)管事業(ye)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)功(gong)與(yu)否(fou),最起碼(ma)人生是(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)功(gong)的。不(bu)(bu)(bu)斷(duan)(duan)地改進自(zi)己的短處,才(cai)能不(bu)(bu)(bu)斷(duan)(duan)地走向完美。需要注(zhu)意的是(shi):坦誠法則要靈活運用,否(fou)則會弄巧(qiao)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)拙。
