哪種情況下,用人單位有權單方解除勞動合同?

我是一名剛剛參加工作的職場新人,不知(zhi)道哪種情況下,用人單位有權(quan)單方解除勞動合同?

根據(ju)我的(de)(de)了解,:(一)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者患(huan)病或者非因工(gong)負傷,在(zai)規定(ding)的(de)(de)醫(yi)療期滿后不(bu)能(neng)從(cong)事原(yuan)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),也不(bu)能(neng)從(cong)事由用(yong)(yong)人(ren)單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)另行安排(pai)的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de);(二)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者不(bu)能(neng)勝任工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),經過培訓或者調整工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)崗位(wei)(wei),仍不(bu)能(neng)勝任工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de);(三(san)(san))勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)訂立時所依(yi)據(ju)的(de)(de)客(ke)觀(guan)情況發生重大變(bian)化,致使勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)無法履行,經用(yong)(yong)人(ren)單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)與勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者協商,未(wei)能(neng)就變(bian)更勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)內(nei)容達(da)成協議的(de)(de)。這三(san)(san)種情況下用(yong)(yong)人(ren)單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)有(you)權(quan)單(dan)(dan)(dan)方解除勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)
