合同中是怎樣規定試用期的呢?

答 試用(yong)期包含在(zai)勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)期限內。勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)期限三個(ge)(ge)月(yue)(yue)以(yi)上不(bu)(bu)滿一(yi)(yi)年(nian)(nian)的(de),試用(yong)期不(bu)(bu)得(de)超(chao)過(guo)(guo)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)月(yue)(yue);勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)期限一(yi)(yi)年(nian)(nian)以(yi)上不(bu)(bu)滿三年(nian)(nian)的(de),試用(yong)期不(bu)(bu)得(de)超(chao)過(guo)(guo)二個(ge)(ge)月(yue)(yue);三年(nian)(nian)以(yi)上固(gu)定(ding)期限和(he)無(wu)固(gu)定(ding)期限的(de)勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong),試用(yong)期不(bu)(bu)得(de)超(chao)過(guo)(guo)六(liu)個(ge)(ge)月(yue)(yue)。同(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)用(yong)人單位(wei)與同(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)只能約(yue)定(ding)一(yi)(yi)次試用(yong)期。勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)在(zai)試用(yong)期的(de)工(gong)資(zi)不(bu)(bu)得(de)低于本(ben)單位(wei)相同(tong)(tong)崗(gang)位(wei)最低檔(dang)工(gong)資(zi)或者(zhe)勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)約(yue)定(ding)工(gong)資(zi)的(de)百分之八十,并不(bu)(bu)得(de)低于用(yong)人單位(wei)所在(zai)地的(de)最低工(gong)資(zi)標準。
