答 試用期內職工(gong)的工(gong)資標準可以由用人單位自行(xing)確定(ding)(ding),但是卻不能低于最低工(gong)資標準。《關于貫(guan)徹執行(xing)〈勞動法〉若(ruo)干問(wen)題的意見》第57條規定(ding)(ding):勞動者與用人單位形成或(huo)建立勞動關系后,試用、熟(shu)練(lian)、見習期間,在(zai)法定(ding)(ding)工(gong)作(zuo)時間內提供了正常勞動,所在(zai)單位應當支(zhi)付其不低于最低工(gong)資標準的工(gong)資。
