無固定期限勞動合同是不是“終身”制的?

問(wen) 我是一名技術工人,在目前這家公司工作十年了,公司明年就要和我簽(qian)訂無(wu)固定期限(xian)勞動合同了,無(wu)固定期限(xian)勞動合同是不是“終身”制的?

訂(ding)立無(wu)固定(ding)(ding)期(qi)限(xian)勞動合(he)(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)的簽訂(ding)條件(jian)是: (一)勞動者已(yi)在該用人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)連(lian)(lian)續(xu)(xu)(xu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)滿十年的; (二)用人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)初次(ci)實行勞動合(he)(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)制(zhi)度或者國有企(qi)業改制(zhi)重新(xin)訂(ding)立勞動合(he)(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)時(shi),勞動者在該用人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)連(lian)(lian)續(xu)(xu)(xu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)滿十年且距法定(ding)(ding)退休年齡不足十年的; (三)連(lian)(lian)續(xu)(xu)(xu)訂(ding)立二次(ci)固定(ding)(ding)期(qi)限(xian)勞動合(he)(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)且勞動者沒有本法第三十九條規定(ding)(ding)的情形(xing)續(xu)(xu)(xu)訂(ding)勞動合(he)(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)的。 無(wu)固定(ding)(ding)期(qi)限(xian)勞動合(he)(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)并不是“終(zhong)身”制(zhi)的,在履行合(he)(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)過程中,出現法定(ding)(ding)解除(chu)合(he)(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)情形(xing),用人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)有權解除(chu)合(he)(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)。
