11月7日,山(shan)東省2019年(nian)高(gao)校(xiao)畢業(ye)生(sheng)集(ji)中招聘活動暨山(shan)東青(qing)年(nian)政(zheng)治學院2019年(nian)就(jiu)業(ye)雙(shuang)選會召開,雙(shuang)選會吸(xi)引了省內(nei)外215家用人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)參會,現場提供工作崗位(wei)(wei)6518個(ge),初步達成就(jiu)業(ye)意向2346人(ren)。畢業(ye)生(sheng)的專(zhuan)業(ye)技(ji)能和綜合素質得到參會用人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)的一致好評(ping)。近年(nian)來,山(shan)東青(qing)年(nian)政(zheng)治學院始終把促進大學生(sheng)充(chong)分就(jiu)業(ye)擺在學校(xiao)工作特(te)(te)別突出位(wei)(wei)置,在助推學生(sheng)高(gao)質量就(jiu)業(ye)上(shang)下(xia)足了功夫,已(yi)經由一個(ge)專(zhuan)業(ye)設(she)置缺少行業(ye)依托的新(xin)建普通本(ben)科高(gao)校(xiao),轉(zhuan)變成畢業(ye)生(sheng)廣受(shou)企業(ye)行業(ye)歡迎的特(te)(te)色應用型院校(xiao)。
順應(ying)發展(zhan)要求,思想(xiang)認識再提高(gao)。就(jiu)業工作是(shi)學校(xiao)(xiao)“招生、培(pei)養(yang)(yang)、就(jiu)業”三個環節中的重要一(yi)環,是(shi)學校(xiao)(xiao)教學、科研和(he)管理(li)水平(ping)的綜合(he)體(ti)現,是(shi)教育教學改(gai)(gai)革的“風(feng)向(xiang)標(biao)”。面對新(xin)時期(qi)高(gao)等教育全面深化(hua)改(gai)(gai)革要求,學校(xiao)(xiao)上下充分(fen)認識到,作為新(xin)建應(ying)用型本科高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao),要緊盯區域經濟(ji)社(she)會發展(zhan)的需(xu)求,找(zhao)準行業依(yi)托,明確定位和(he)發展(zhan)方向(xiang),完善(shan)人才培(pei)養(yang)(yang)方案,以(yi)就(jiu)業為導(dao)向(xiang),全面提升人才培(pei)養(yang)(yang)質量(liang)和(he)水平(ping),是(shi)學校(xiao)(xiao)順應(ying)高(gao)等教育全面深化(hua)改(gai)(gai)革的戰略選擇。
健全(quan)(quan)體制機(ji)制,大力(li)實(shi)(shi)施“一(yi)把(ba)手”工(gong)(gong)(gong)程。學校注重加(jia)強工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)頂層(ceng)設計,完善制度(du)建設,成(cheng)立由校長(chang)(chang)任組(zu)長(chang)(chang)、分管校領(ling)(ling)導任副組(zu)長(chang)(chang)、相關部門負(fu)責人為成(cheng)員(yuan)的(de)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)創業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)領(ling)(ling)導小組(zu);成(cheng)立由學生(sheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)部(處)牽頭,教(jiao)務(wu)處、團(tuan)委(wei)等密切配合的(de)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)聯(lian)席會,分工(gong)(gong)(gong)協同,落實(shi)(shi)各項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)措施。大力(li)實(shi)(shi)施就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)“一(yi)把(ba)手”工(gong)(gong)(gong)程,加(jia)強對就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)組(zu)織領(ling)(ling)導,定期召開專題會議(yi)研究部署就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),形成(cheng)了“一(yi)級抓(zhua)(zhua)一(yi)級,層(ceng)層(ceng)抓(zhua)(zhua)落實(shi)(shi),上下(xia)聯(lian)動,齊(qi)抓(zhua)(zhua)共(gong)管,全(quan)(quan)員(yuan)參與(yu)”的(de)學生(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)體制。建立科(ke)學的(de)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)量化考評辦法,將就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)考核納入責任崗位的(de)年度(du)及任期考核。
明(ming)確工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)思路,完善(shan)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)服(fu)務(wu)體系(xi)(xi)。構建(jian)“就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)質量”服(fu)務(wu)體系(xi)(xi),建(jian)立(li)包含(han)“畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)率、就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)結構、專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)對(dui)口率、就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)穩定(ding)性和(he)(he)(he)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)滿意度或社會認可度”等反映畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)質量內涵指標(biao)及(ji)評價標(biao)準的(de)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)評價體系(xi)(xi),服(fu)務(wu)學(xue)校人(ren)才培養(yang)質量的(de)提升;構建(jian)“就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)市(shi)場”服(fu)務(wu)體系(xi)(xi),穩固(gu)“請(qing)進來”“走出去”工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)模(mo)式,積極拓寬畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)渠道,大(da)(da)力加強實習(xi)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)基(ji)地建(jian)設;構建(jian)“就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)指導(dao)”服(fu)務(wu)體系(xi)(xi),探索開設不(bu)同研究方(fang)向和(he)(he)(he)服(fu)務(wu)內容的(de)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)指導(dao)服(fu)務(wu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室,注重理(li)(li)論研究與工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)實踐的(de)有(you)機結合,全面提升指導(dao)服(fu)務(wu)水平。通過組織大(da)(da)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)職業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)涯規劃大(da)(da)賽(sai)、就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)指導(dao)講座、簡歷制(zhi)作(zuo)(zuo)大(da)(da)賽(sai)、模(mo)擬面試大(da)(da)賽(sai)、“一對(dui)一”個(ge)體咨詢和(he)(he)(he)小組活動(dong)等方(fang)式,引導(dao)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)樹立(li)正(zheng)確的(de)擇業(ye)(ye)(ye)觀,強化(hua)求職技巧,提升職業(ye)(ye)(ye)發展能力;構建(jian)“創業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)”服(fu)務(wu)體系(xi)(xi),以創新(xin)創業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)為基(ji)礎(chu),將創新(xin)創業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)融入專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu),覆蓋(gai)全體學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng),大(da)(da)力培養(yang)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)創新(xin)精(jing)神和(he)(he)(he)創業(ye)(ye)(ye)意識。“立(li)足專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)、教(jiao)(jiao)師先行、學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)為主體、市(shi)場化(hua)運作(zuo)(zuo)”的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)理(li)(li)念深入人(ren)心,創新(xin)創業(ye)(ye)(ye)實踐成果(guo)顯著。
