精準施策防控疫情,確保學生安全和身體健康分級管理
專門成(cheng)立實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)管理防(fang)控(kong)疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)領導(dao)小(xiao)(xiao)組(zu),下設辦公室,實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)就業(ye)(ye)辦負責人任(ren)(ren)(ren)辦公室主任(ren)(ren)(ren)。在領導(dao)小(xiao)(xiao)組(zu)帶領下,充分(fen)動(dong)員學(xue)(xue)校、醫院(yuan)(yuan)、學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)干(gan)部(bu)等各方面(mian)力量(liang),出臺(tai)預(yu)案,細化方案、制(zhi)(zhi)定措施、落實(shi)(shi)(shi)責任(ren)(ren)(ren),外防(fang)輸入(ru)(ru)、內防(fang)擴散(san),筑牢疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)防(fang)線。精(jing)準(zhun)排(pai)(pai)查。與醫院(yuan)(yuan)、學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)、家長溝通(tong)協(xie)調,建立疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)防(fang)控(kong)檔案,確保(bao)(bao)信(xin)息精(jing)準(zhun)到(dao)班、精(jing)準(zhun)到(dao)隊、精(jing)準(zhun)到(dao)人、精(jing)準(zhun)到(dao)事,做到(dao)全(quan)(quan)(quan)覆蓋、零遺漏、日(ri)報(bao)告(gao)、零報(bao)告(gao)。延(yan)期實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)階段,實(shi)(shi)(shi)行全(quan)(quan)(quan)部(bu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)離校、離院(yuan)(yuan)回家自行隔(ge)離,嚴禁學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)以任(ren)(ren)(ren)何理由返崗(gang)(gang)(gang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi);疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)防(fang)控(kong)辦公室專人將暫停實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)、延(yan)期實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)決(jue)定逐一與實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)醫院(yuan)(yuan)護理部(bu)溝通(tong),并(bing)(bing)通(tong)知到(dao)家長和學(xue)(xue)生(sheng),確保(bao)(bao)院(yuan)(yuan)、校、生(sheng)三方達(da)成(cheng)一致(zhi)。返崗(gang)(gang)(gang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)階段,首先是返崗(gang)(gang)(gang)準(zhun)入(ru)(ru)排(pai)(pai)查,班主任(ren)(ren)(ren)和實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)隊長對每(mei)位(wei)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)身(shen)(shen)體健康(kang)(kang)情(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang)進(jin)行評估,逐一與家長核實(shi)(shi)(shi),如出現異常情(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang),根據指定醫院(yuan)(yuan)診斷情(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang)隔(ge)離觀(guan)察(cha)或(huo)者治療;凡有可(ke)能接觸疫(yi)區人員且隔(ge)離未(wei)達(da)到(dao)14天的學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)不得返崗(gang)(gang)(gang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi),待身(shen)(shen)體完(wan)全(quan)(quan)(quan)康(kang)(kang)復或(huo)超過(guo)隔(ge)離時間(jian)后(hou),報(bao)實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)管理疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)防(fang)控(kong)領導(dao)小(xiao)(xiao)組(zu)研(yan)究后(hou)方可(ke)返崗(gang)(gang)(gang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)。實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)期間(jian),每(mei)生(sheng)每(mei)日(ri)進(jin)行身(shen)(shen)體監測并(bing)(bing)履(lv)行上報(bao)制(zhi)(zhi)度。疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)后(hou)期,頂崗(gang)(gang)(gang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)就業(ye)(ye)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐階段,每(mei)名學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)簽訂(ding)誠信(xin)承(cheng)諾書,班主任(ren)(ren)(ren)全(quan)(quan)(quan)面(mian)掌握每(mei)名學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)就業(ye)(ye)地點、工作生(sheng)活環境、行動(dong)軌跡、身(shen)(shen)體狀況(kuang)及安全(quan)(quan)(quan)防(fang)護措施等情(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang),建立臺(tai)賬,繼續履(lv)行疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)排(pai)(pai)查日(ri)報(bao)制(zhi)(zhi)度。

以聘(pin)顯效。繼上(shang)海長海醫(yi)(yi)院、上(shang)海東方醫(yi)(yi)院對(dui)我(wo)校學生進行(xing)專場招聘(pin)之(zhi)后,3月6日上(shang)午,煙(yan)臺市口(kou)腔(qiang)醫(yi)(yi)院對(dui)第三(san)屆(jie)口(kou)腔(qiang)護理班的(de)學生進行(xing)了(le)線上(shang)面試。面試采取(qu)網絡視頻(pin)形(xing)式(shi),同學們(men)宅家與面試官進行(xing)了(le)自我(wo)介紹、專業問答、綜合考評及自由提問四個環節(jie)的(de)“面對(dui)面”展示(shi)和交流。
