為保障2017級、2015級實(shi)習(xi)學生(sheng)(sheng)的身(shen)心(xin)健康和能力提升,山東煙(yan)臺護士學校緊(jin)緊(jin)抓住疫(yi)情防(fang)控(kong)(kong)和實(shi)習(xi)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)管(guan)(guan)理兩(liang)個(ge)關(guan)鍵(jian),構建了“3456”實(shi)習(xi)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)管(guan)(guan)理模式預案,通(tong)過學校、醫院(yuan)和家庭(ting)的“三元”通(tong)力合作,在延(yan)期實(shi)習(xi)、返崗實(shi)習(xi)、疫(yi)情后期、就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)實(shi)踐的“四個(ge)階段”,采取分級管(guan)(guan)理、精準排查、高效宣導、聯(lian)防(fang)聯(lian)控(kong)(kong)、應(ying)急處(chu)置(zhi)“五(wu)項舉措”進行疫(yi)情防(fang)控(kong)(kong),同(tong)時通(tong)過多種途徑對實(shi)習(xi)學生(sheng)(sheng)線(xian)上開展(zhan)五(wu)育(yu)及就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)指(zhi)導“六個(ge)方面”的培養教育(yu),確(que)保學生(sheng)(sheng)身(shen)心(xin)健康,實(shi)現疫(yi)情防(fang)控(kong)(kong)、學生(sheng)(sheng)能力、實(shi)習(xi)管(guan)(guan)理效率、實(shi)習(xi)教學質量和畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)率等多方面提升。

精準施策防控疫情,確保學生安全和身體健康分級管理

專門成(cheng)(cheng)立實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)管(guan)理(li)防(fang)(fang)控(kong)疫(yi)(yi)(yi)情(qing)領導(dao)小組(zu),下設(she)辦公(gong)(gong)室(shi),實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)就業(ye)(ye)辦負責人任(ren)辦公(gong)(gong)室(shi)主(zhu)任(ren)。在領導(dao)小組(zu)帶領下,充分動(dong)員學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)、醫(yi)院、學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)干部(bu)等各方(fang)面(mian)力(li)量,出臺預案,細化方(fang)案、制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)措(cuo)施、落(luo)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)責任(ren),外(wai)防(fang)(fang)輸入、內(nei)防(fang)(fang)擴(kuo)散,筑牢疫(yi)(yi)(yi)情(qing)防(fang)(fang)線。精(jing)(jing)(jing)準(zhun)排查(cha)(cha)。與醫(yi)院、學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)、家(jia)(jia)長(chang)溝(gou)通協(xie)調,建立疫(yi)(yi)(yi)情(qing)防(fang)(fang)控(kong)檔案,確保(bao)信息精(jing)(jing)(jing)準(zhun)到班、精(jing)(jing)(jing)準(zhun)到隊(dui)、精(jing)(jing)(jing)準(zhun)到人、精(jing)(jing)(jing)準(zhun)到事,做到全(quan)(quan)覆蓋、零遺漏、日報告、零報告。延(yan)期(qi)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)階段,實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)行(xing)全(quan)(quan)部(bu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)離(li)校(xiao)、離(li)院回家(jia)(jia)自行(xing)隔(ge)離(li),嚴禁學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)以任(ren)何理(li)由返(fan)(fan)崗(gang)(gang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi);疫(yi)(yi)(yi)情(qing)防(fang)(fang)控(kong)辦公(gong)(gong)室(shi)專人將暫停實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)、延(yan)期(qi)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)決定(ding)逐一與實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)醫(yi)院護理(li)部(bu)溝(gou)通,并通知到家(jia)(jia)長(chang)和學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng),確保(bao)院、校(xiao)、生(sheng)(sheng)三方(fang)達成(cheng)(cheng)一致。返(fan)(fan)崗(gang)(gang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)階段,首先是返(fan)(fan)崗(gang)(gang)準(zhun)入排查(cha)(cha),班主(zhu)任(ren)和實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)隊(dui)長(chang)對每(mei)位學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)身(shen)體(ti)(ti)健康情(qing)況(kuang)進行(xing)評估(gu),逐一與家(jia)(jia)長(chang)核實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),如(ru)出現異常情(qing)況(kuang),根據指定(ding)醫(yi)院診斷情(qing)況(kuang)隔(ge)離(li)觀察或(huo)(huo)者治療;凡有可能接觸疫(yi)(yi)(yi)區人員且隔(ge)離(li)未(wei)達到14天(tian)的學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)不得返(fan)(fan)崗(gang)(gang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),待身(shen)體(ti)(ti)完全(quan)(quan)康復(fu)或(huo)(huo)超過隔(ge)離(li)時(shi)間(jian)后,報實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)管(guan)理(li)疫(yi)(yi)(yi)情(qing)防(fang)(fang)控(kong)領導(dao)小組(zu)研(yan)究后方(fang)可返(fan)(fan)崗(gang)(gang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)。實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)期(qi)間(jian),每(mei)生(sheng)(sheng)每(mei)日進行(xing)身(shen)體(ti)(ti)監測(ce)并履(lv)行(xing)上(shang)報制(zhi)(zhi)度。疫(yi)(yi)(yi)情(qing)后期(qi),頂(ding)崗(gang)(gang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)進入就業(ye)(ye)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐階段,每(mei)名學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)簽訂誠信承諾書(shu),班主(zhu)任(ren)全(quan)(quan)面(mian)掌(zhang)握每(mei)名學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)就業(ye)(ye)地點、工作生(sheng)(sheng)活環境、行(xing)動(dong)軌跡、身(shen)體(ti)(ti)狀(zhuang)況(kuang)及安全(quan)(quan)防(fang)(fang)護措(cuo)施等情(qing)況(kuang),建立臺賬(zhang),繼續履(lv)行(xing)疫(yi)(yi)(yi)情(qing)排查(cha)(cha)日報制(zhi)(zhi)度。

高效宣導(dao)。通(tong)過學(xue)(xue)校微(wei)信(xin)公眾號、家長、班級(ji)、實習隊群等渠道及時(shi)將國(guo)家、省、市黨(dang)委政府的(de)(de)部(bu)署要(yao)求及各(ge)級(ji)教育(yu)、衛(wei)健(jian)委部(bu)門和學(xue)(xue)校采取的(de)(de)相關措施傳(chuan)達到(dao)每位學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)和家長,指導(dao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)理(li)性認識疫情,提(ti)高防范意識,做好科學(xue)(xue)防護,養成良好的(de)(de)衛(wei)生(sheng)習慣;要(yao)求學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)言行規范,不(bu)造謠、不(bu)信(xin)謠、不(bu)傳(chuan)謠,多關注官方(fang)信(xin)息,積極(ji)傳(chuan)播(bo)正能(neng)量;引導(dao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)自我管理(li),返崗實習和就業(ye)階段,上下班嚴格遵守兩(liang)點一(yi)線,嚴禁到(dao)人群密集(ji)處逗留(liu),遠離傳(chuan)染(ran)源,切斷傳(chuan)播(bo)途(tu)徑。

以疏安心(xin)(xin)。引(yin)導(dao)實(shi)(shi)習生正確認識疫情(qing)防(fang)控(kong)(kong)期(qi)間各項工作的(de)(de)緊迫性(xing)、必要(yao)(yao)性(xing)和重要(yao)(yao)性(xing),可為全(quan)面打贏疫情(qing)防(fang)控(kong)(kong)阻擊戰提供堅實(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)心(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)保障。一是(shi)強化心(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)健康(kang)引(yin)導(dao)。通過線(xian)上(shang)推送科學防(fang)控(kong)(kong)疫情(qing)的(de)(de)信息及(ji)防(fang)控(kong)(kong)措(cuo)施,使全(quan)體學生知曉、理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)解(jie)和配合疫情(qing)防(fang)控(kong)(kong)工作。二(er)是(shi)提升(sheng)心(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)援助(zhu)服務(wu)。結合學校(xiao)心(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)工作實(shi)(shi)際(ji),學校(xiao)心(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)教師(shi)和班主任全(quan)天開通援助(zhu)熱線(xian)并推送心(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)講座;針對疫情(qing)防(fang)控(kong)(kong)導(dao)致的(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)習時(shi)間減少,科學完善(shan)實(shi)(shi)習的(de)(de)考(kao)核評價(jia)方案,實(shi)(shi)行一事一議,對畢業標準中的(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)習要(yao)(yao)求進行適當調(diao)整,保證(zheng)實(shi)(shi)習任務(wu)順(shun)利完成,消除學生及(ji)家長疑慮,更好(hao)的(de)(de)服務(wu)學生。

以(yi)(yi)(yi)訓(xun)(xun)提(ti)能(neng)。一(yi)是加強就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)指導(dao),及(ji)時成立就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)指導(dao)團隊,設立就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)指導(dao)熱線電話,通(tong)過(guo)“互聯(lian)網+”平臺與畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)建立聯(lian)系,進行個性(xing)化就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)服務,指導(dao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)根據掛(gua)靠學(xue)(xue)校要求準(zhun)備(bei)畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)推薦(jian)表、畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)三方(fang)協議、靈活(huo)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)表、畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)檔(dang)案(an)等(deng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)相(xiang)關(guan)材料(liao);二(er)是以(yi)(yi)(yi)賽(sai)促(cu)提(ti)升,為督促(cu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)做好(hao)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)準(zhun)備(bei)。舉(ju)辦2020屆(jie)畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)電子簡(jian)歷比賽(sai)、網上(shang)模擬面試大賽(sai),以(yi)(yi)(yi)提(ti)升學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)競(jing)爭(zheng)力。三是第(di)一(yi)屆(jie)日(ri)(ri)語護(hu)理班已經派出(chu)了近30名學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)赴日(ri)(ri)工作(zuo),同學(xue)(xue)們過(guo)硬的(de)專業(ye)(ye)知(zhi)識(shi)和(he)較高的(de)綜合素質得到了日(ri)(ri)本用人(ren)單位的(de)一(yi)致(zhi)好(hao)評(ping)。第(di)二(er)屆(jie)日(ri)(ri)護(hu)班面對(dui)嚴峻的(de)疫情形(xing)勢,從2月3日(ri)(ri)起開啟網課(ke)培訓(xun)(xun)日(ri)(ri)語,對(dui)授課(ke)時間(jian)、形(xing)式、內容等(deng)制定了詳細的(de)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)計劃,教(jiao)師錄制音頻視頻講解(jie),學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)提(ti)交書寫和(he)語音作(zuo)業(ye)(ye),教(jiao)師及(ji)時批改點評(ping),每天保(bao)證5小(xiao)時線上(shang)學(xue)(xue)習和(he)2小(xiao)時自(zi)主學(xue)(xue)習,學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)崗前(qian)日(ri)(ri)語培訓(xun)(xun)效果顯(xian)著(zhu)。學(xue)(xue)校多次與合作(zuo)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)溝通(tong)協調日(ri)(ri)方(fang)用人(ren)單位靈活(huo)開展(zhan)工作(zuo),確(que)保(bao)實習生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)面試、培訓(xun)(xun)、出(chu)國等(deng)所(suo)受影響降低到最小(xiao)程(cheng)度。

以聘顯效(xiao)。繼上海(hai)長海(hai)醫(yi)院(yuan)(yuan)、上海(hai)東方醫(yi)院(yuan)(yuan)對(dui)我校學(xue)生(sheng)進行(xing)專(zhuan)場招聘之后,3月6日上午,煙(yan)臺市口腔(qiang)醫(yi)院(yuan)(yuan)對(dui)第三屆(jie)口腔(qiang)護理班的學(xue)生(sheng)進行(xing)了線上面(mian)(mian)試。面(mian)(mian)試采(cai)取網絡視頻形式(shi),同學(xue)們宅家與面(mian)(mian)試官進行(xing)了自我介紹、專(zhuan)業(ye)問(wen)(wen)答、綜合(he)考評及自由提問(wen)(wen)四個環節的“面(mian)(mian)對(dui)面(mian)(mian)”展示和交流。

線上面試拉開了(le)學(xue)(xue)校2020年就(jiu)業季的(de)帷(wei)幕(mu),學(xue)(xue)校為(wei)(wei)提供優質護理崗(gang)位的(de)用(yong)人單位和學(xue)(xue)生搭建空中招(zhao)聘(pin)平臺,將傳統的(de)校園招(zhao)聘(pin)會改為(wei)(wei)網上招(zhao)聘(pin),構建起“線上智(zhi)能匹配對(dui)接、線下精準高(gao)效就(jiu)業”的(de)招(zhao)聘(pin)服(fu)務新模(mo)式。引(yin)導2020屆未就(jiu)業的(de)畢業生盡快(kuai)適應(ying)當前(qian)形勢,保(bao)(bao)持積極樂觀心態,做好充(chong)分(fen)求職(zhi)準備,提高(gao)就(jiu)業競爭力,確保(bao)(bao)順利踏上理想工作崗(gang)位。
