根據公(gong)司戰略(lve)目標和服(fu)務(wu)宗旨,制(zhi)定(ding)(ding)、貫徹、落(luo)實(shi)(shi)本(ben)(ben)部(bu)(bu)(bu)門崗位責(ze)任制(zhi),不斷完(wan)(wan)善營(ying)運(yun)部(bu)(bu)(bu)運(yun)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)機制(zhi)。協調(diao)管理關系,指導、監(jian)督、檢(jian)查本(ben)(ben)部(bu)(bu)(bu)門各項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)及本(ben)(ben)部(bu)(bu)(bu)門員工(gong)(gong)(gong)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)情況(kuang),保(bao)證本(ben)(ben)部(bu)(bu)(bu)門工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的正常運(yun)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。全面負(fu)責(ze)營(ying)運(yun)部(bu)(bu)(bu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)公(gong)司下(xia)達的各項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)任務(wu);負(fu)責(ze)制(zhi)定(ding)(ding)、貫徹、落(luo)實(shi)(shi)本(ben)(ben)部(bu)(bu)(bu)門崗位責(ze)任制(zhi),制(zhi)定(ding)(ding)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)要求、工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)目的以及建立(li)各項管理制(zhi)度(du);負(fu)責(ze)指導、監(jian)督、檢(jian)查本(ben)(ben)部(bu)(bu)(bu)門各項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)及本(ben)(ben)部(bu)(bu)(bu)門員工(gong)(gong)(gong)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)情況(kuang)。開展市場(chang)調(diao)查,定(ding)(ding)期總結和評(ping)估(gu)商業物業運(yun)營(ying)狀況(kuang),并適(shi)時(shi)提出業態(tai)組合及品牌組合的調(diao)整建議(yi);負(fu)責(ze)制(zhi)定(ding)(ding)商場(chang)的招商方案,報公(gong)司總經理審(shen)批并組織實(shi)(shi)施;對商業運(yun)營(ying)服(fu)務(wu)策劃、組織實(shi)(shi)施和日常監(jian)督。
1、管理或相關專業本科以上學歷(較強工作能力及工作經驗適當降低標準)?
2、接受過企業戰略管理、管理能力開發等方面的培訓?
3、5年(nian)(nian)以(yi)上工作(zuo)經驗(yan),其(qi)中3年(nian)(nian)以(yi)上中型(xing)以(yi)上企業的管理工作(zuo)經驗(yan)
