一(yi):辦(ban)公(gong)室內勤崗(gang)位職責(ze)(ze)范(fan)文(wen)(wen)一(yi)、負(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)責(ze)(ze)公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)來訪客(ke)人的接待(dai)。二、做好后(hou)勤日常(chang)事務工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,負(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)責(ze)(ze)有關文(wen)(wen)件(jian)的收發、送、催辦(ban)、立(li)卷、歸檔工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。三、負(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)責(ze)(ze)公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)信息的收集、整(zheng)理(li)、打印、分發工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。四、負(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)責(ze)(ze)文(wen)(wen)件(jian)的管(guan)理(li)和存檔工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。五(wu)、負(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)責(ze)(ze)各級文(wen)(wen)件(jian)及(ji)(ji)(ji)會(hui)議安排、等(deng)的發放(fang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。六、負(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)責(ze)(ze)各類(lei)數據表(biao)格的制(zhi)定(ding),數據的統計(ji)。七(qi)、負(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)責(ze)(ze)考(kao)勤工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,每月(yue)按時準確的向公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)匯(hui)報公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)考(kao)勤及(ji)(ji)(ji)獎懲情況。八、負(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)責(ze)(ze)收取違(wei)章或者遲(chi)到(dao)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)的罰款。九、負(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)責(ze)(ze)各類(lei)文(wen)(wen)字編輯及(ji)(ji)(ji)處理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。十(shi)、負(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)責(ze)(ze)公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)日常(chang)衛生的清潔和管(guan)理(li)。十(shi)一(yi)、負(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)責(ze)(ze)公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)固定(ding)資(zi)產的定(ding)期盤(pan)點,建(jian)立(li)辦(ban)公(gong)設備登(deng)記帳冊,做到(dao)帳冊和實物相符。十(shi)二、負(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)責(ze)(ze)公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)內部電話、傳真、投影儀等(deng)辦(ban)公(gong)用品的管(guan)理(li)和采購,使之合理(li)使用。十(shi)三、電話及(ji)(ji)(ji)一(yi)切日常(chang)費(fei)用支(zhi)出的控制(zhi)及(ji)(ji)(ji)交(jiao)納。十(shi)四、嚴格遵守文(wen)(wen)件(jian)的保密、會(hui)議保密、計(ji)算機工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。十(shi)五(wu)、完成總經(jing)理(li)交(jiao)辦(ban)的其他工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。
熟練使(shi)用辦公(gong)軟(ruan)件(jian),有駕照、有工作經驗(yan)的優先。
