1.積(ji)(ji)極配(pei)合門(men)(men)店(dian)(dian)經理完(wan)成公司(si)領導(dao)完(wan)成各(ge)項任(ren)(ren)務(wu)指(zhi)標(biao)。協(xie)助(zhu)(zhu)門(men)(men)店(dian)(dian)經理參與(yu)(yu)整(zheng)個門(men)(men)店(dian)(dian)日常工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)管理對(dui)管轄(xia)組(zu)別日常管理工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)全面負責;2.?配(pei)合門(men)(men)店(dian)(dian)經理制定(ding)組(zu)別月、季、年目標(biao)銷售(shou)目標(biao)和具體(ti)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)計(ji)劃(hua)。根(gen)(gen)據(ju)公司(si)發展規(gui)劃(hua)和市場(chang)預測,參與(yu)(yu)制定(ding)門(men)(men)店(dian)(dian)階段性營銷計(ji)劃(hua)方案并(bing)(bing)積(ji)(ji)極監督(du)落實執行,以及(ji)對(dui)于每個階段所轄(xia)組(zu)別成員任(ren)(ren)務(wu)指(zhi)標(biao)達成率(lv)的(de)(de)監控;3.根(gen)(gen)據(ju)所在門(men)(men)店(dian)(dian)制定(ding)各(ge)項階段性目標(biao)及(ji)時(shi)配(pei)合門(men)(men)店(dian)(dian)經理做(zuo)好(hao)任(ren)(ren)務(wu)分解工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),落實到每一(yi)位置業(ye)(ye)規(gui)劃(hua)師(shi)身(shen)上,再根(gen)(gen)據(ju)每個人的(de)(de)任(ren)(ren)務(wu)指(zhi)標(biao)制定(ding)好(hao)每天的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)計(ji)劃(hua)與(yu)(yu)安排,并(bing)(bing)做(zuo)到時(shi)時(shi)監控;4.積(ji)(ji)極配(pei)合組(zu)員接待服務(wu)客(ke)戶,督(du)促并(bing)(bing)協(xie)助(zhu)(zhu)置業(ye)(ye)規(gui)劃(hua)師(shi)做(zuo)好(hao)報備、帶(dai)訪工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo);5.定(ding)期組(zu)織組(zu)內同事(shi)開(kai)展客(ke)戶討論(lun)會,針對(dui)問題(ti)客(ke)戶在力所能及(ji)的(de)(de)情況下要(yao)協(xie)助(zhu)(zhu)其(qi)解決;6.??負責做(zuo)好(hao)與(yu)(yu)置業(ye)(ye)規(gui)劃(hua)師(shi)之間(jian)的(de)(de)協(xie)調工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),把握好(hao)組(zu)內同事(shi)心(xin)態(tai),多(duo)激勵(li)激發其(qi)潛能發揮(hui),己更要(yao)積(ji)(ji)極主動工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),作(zuo)(zuo)好(hao)表率(lv),營造(zao)一(yi)個良好(hao)的(de)(de)辦公環境(jing);7.?定(ding)期給組(zu)員做(zuo)相關(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)技能的(de)(de)培訓,不斷(duan)提高業(ye)(ye)務(wu)水平。
工作地點可就近選擇。1、1年以上房產銷售經驗,有銷售管理經驗優先;
