1.積極配合(he)門店(dian)(dian)經(jing)理(li)完成(cheng)公司領導完成(cheng)各項(xiang)任(ren)(ren)務指(zhi)標(biao)。協(xie)(xie)助(zhu)門店(dian)(dian)經(jing)理(li)參與整個(ge)門店(dian)(dian)日常(chang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)管(guan)理(li)對管(guan)轄組別日常(chang)管(guan)理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)全(quan)面負(fu)責(ze);2.?配合(he)門店(dian)(dian)經(jing)理(li)制定(ding)組別月、季、年(nian)目標(biao)銷售目標(biao)和具體的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)計(ji)劃(hua)。根據(ju)公司發展規劃(hua)和市場預(yu)測,參與制定(ding)門店(dian)(dian)階(jie)段(duan)性營銷計(ji)劃(hua)方案并(bing)積極監督落實執行,以(yi)及對于每(mei)個(ge)階(jie)段(duan)所(suo)(suo)轄組別成(cheng)員任(ren)(ren)務指(zhi)標(biao)達成(cheng)率的(de)(de)(de)監控;3.根據(ju)所(suo)(suo)在門店(dian)(dian)制定(ding)各項(xiang)階(jie)段(duan)性目標(biao)及時配合(he)門店(dian)(dian)經(jing)理(li)做好(hao)(hao)任(ren)(ren)務分解(jie)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),落實到每(mei)一位(wei)置業(ye)規劃(hua)師(shi)身上,再根據(ju)每(mei)個(ge)人的(de)(de)(de)任(ren)(ren)務指(zhi)標(biao)制定(ding)好(hao)(hao)每(mei)天的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)計(ji)劃(hua)與安排,并(bing)做到時時監控;4.積極配合(he)組員接待服務客(ke)(ke)戶,督促并(bing)協(xie)(xie)助(zhu)置業(ye)規劃(hua)師(shi)做好(hao)(hao)報備、帶訪(fang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo);5.定(ding)期(qi)組織組內同(tong)事開展客(ke)(ke)戶討論會,針對問題客(ke)(ke)戶在力所(suo)(suo)能(neng)及的(de)(de)(de)情況(kuang)下(xia)要協(xie)(xie)助(zhu)其解(jie)決(jue);6.??負(fu)責(ze)做好(hao)(hao)與置業(ye)規劃(hua)師(shi)之(zhi)間的(de)(de)(de)協(xie)(xie)調工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),把(ba)握好(hao)(hao)組內同(tong)事心態,多激(ji)勵激(ji)發其潛能(neng)發揮,己更要積極主(zhu)動工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),作(zuo)(zuo)好(hao)(hao)表率,營造一個(ge)良好(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)(de)辦(ban)公環(huan)境;7.?定(ding)期(qi)給(gei)組員做相(xiang)關工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)技能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)培訓,不(bu)斷提(ti)高業(ye)務水平(ping)。
工作地點可就近選擇。1、1年以上房產銷售經驗,有銷售管理經驗優先;
2、.熱愛銷售工作,積極主動,責任心強,吃苦耐勞;
3、自信、注重效率,能適應高強度、快節奏的工作環境,有激情,有強烈的團隊管理意識;?
4、具備較強的市場分析、營銷、推廣能力和良好的人際溝通、協調能力,分析和解決問題的能力;
