BASIC FUNCTION
負責產品從設計、批量生產、到售后以及原材料及部件的質量策劃、質量控制及質量改善的監督與協調。
Responsible for supervision and coordination of the quality planning, quality control and quality improvement from product design, mass production to after-sales and raw materials and components.
SPECIFIC RESPONSBILITIES
負責日常制程的產品質量管理。制定并執行產品檢驗制度，監督監測和測量設備/產品檢具的維護和驗證。對生產現場一些質量問題提供基本的質量技術方面的支持。

Develop and implement product inspection system, supervise the maintenance and verification of monitoring and measuring equipment / product inspection tools. Provide basic technical support for quality problems on production process

監控貫徹執行質量體系，監控并協調生產過程中產品質量問題的解決，確保產品和服務質量滿足甚至超越客戶需求。
Monitor and implement the quality system, monitor and coordinate the product quality problems’ disposition in the production process, and ensure that the product and service quality meet or even exceed customer needs.
推進質量體系及過程審核并跟蹤改進措施。在工作中積極使用適當的質量改進工具并進行大力推廣，促進質量控制方面的改進。
Implement quality system and process audit and follow up improvement measures. Actively use appropriate quality improvement tools in the work and vigorously promote the improvement of quality control.
定期收集及匯總質量數據，按所確定的周期匯報并組織制定改進方案。協助建立并實施過程統計和分析，持續改進產品質量。
Collect and summarize quality data periodically, report and formulate improvement plan according to the determined cycle. Assist in establishing and implement of process statistics and analysis, continuously improve product quality.
監控供應商質量表現，驅動供應商持續質量改進。執行供應商的調查評估，供應商的審核以及供應商資質驗證。針對供應商質量表現，定期準備內部報告。
Monitor the supplier''s quality performance and drive the supplier''s continuous quality improvement. Perform supplier survey and evaluation, Supplier audit and supplier qualification verification. Prepare internal reports regularly for supplier quality performance.
驅動并協調供應商質量問題處置，和研發部門，采購部門，倉儲部門以及供應商共同解決各類質量問題。
